The Board of Directors of the Seguin Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) will hold a Special Called Meeting on Wednesday the 11th day of August 2010 at 5:30 p.m. at the Municipal Annex Building, 211 North River, Conference Room, Seguin, Texas for discussion and possible action on the following matters:
1.Call to Order.
2.Roll Call.
3. Central Texas Technology Center Report – Kathy Nossaman, Board President.
4. Discussion and possible action on approval of a resolution pertaining to sharing the expense of temporary buildings at the Central Texas Technology Center with New Braunfels – Kathy Nossaman, Board President.
5. Discussion and possible action on the CVB Branding proposal submitted by Anderson Marketing Group to include the use of a new logo and tag line, “SEGUIN, There’s A Story Here.” – Kate Silvas, Assistant Director of Economic Development.
6. Discussion and possible action on approval of a Joint Marketing Agreement with Build NB and the City of Schertz Economic Development Corporation – Kate Silvas, Assistant Director of Economic Development.
7. Adjournment.
