Seguin Business Improvement Grant (BIG) Program
The City's of Seguin's Business Improvement Grant (BIG) Program provides reimbursements to small business owners for real property development and expansion projects that beautify and improve the City. Eligible projects may receive up to a 75 percent matching grant for funds expended on approved projects, with a maximum award amount not to exceed $10,000 annually. Improvements and other expenditures eligible under the Seguin BIG Program include façade improvements, sign improvements, site improvements, and other fixed asset improvements.
Applications must be submitted through the BIG application portal, paper applications or applications dropped off in person will not be accepted. Applicants must review and acknowledge the Seguin BIG Program Guidelines before applying. Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis and once all funding is exhausted then the program will be placed on hold again until next fiscal year.
