Area Housing Activity

A housing boom is underway in Seguin, TX.  There are more than a dozen projects with over 7,500 homes in the pipeline to be developed, with more to come. 

The map below shows where all of the homes will be constructed. Home prices are expected to start in the high $100K to $220K range, with more than half going into the Seguin Independent School District.
