Houston developer snags 20 acres in Seguin for industrial project

More industrial activity is heading for Seguin.
Partners Development, a wing of Houston-based firm Partners Real Estate, announced last week the purchase of about 20 acres of land at near the I-10 and North Highway 123 interchange in Seguin. Terms of the acquisition of the land along North Heideke St. were not disclosed.
